By accessing and using Plugion Store (plugionstore.com), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. License and Usage

Upon purchase of our WordPress plugins, you receive a license to use the software according to the plan you selected:

• Monthly License: Valid for 30 days from purchase date. Use on up to 3 websites.
• Annual License: Valid for 365 days from purchase date. Use on up to 3 websites.
• Lifetime License: Perpetual license with no expiration. Use on unlimited websites.

All licenses include updates and support during the active license period.

3. Permitted Use

You may:

• Install and use the plugin on websites within your license limits
• Modify the plugin code for your own use
• Use the plugin for client projects (if using Lifetime license)

4. Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the plugin files
• Share your license key with others
• Remove copyright notices from the code
• Reverse engineer or decompile the plugin

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all purchases. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. Refund requests after 14 days will not be honored.

6. Updates and Support

During your active license period, you will receive:

• Free plugin updates (bug fixes, new features, security patches)
• Email support (response within 24-48 hours)
• Documentation and installation guides

After license expiration (for Monthly/Annual plans), the plugin will continue to work but you won't receive updates or support unless you renew.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The plugins are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the plugins will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Plugion Store be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the plugins.

9. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. By completing a purchase, you agree to PayPal's terms of service. We do not store your credit card information.

10. License Violations

If we detect license violations (such as using the plugin on more sites than permitted, or sharing license keys), we reserve the right to:

• Deactivate your license key
• Revoke access to updates and support
• Take legal action if necessary

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
